Shipping policy

We provide a fast-shipping service everywhere in Canada. We work with all major freight and parcels services; Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar, GLS, and more.

We require 1 to 3 business days to process your order and get it shipped out. Once the order is ready and leaves our warehouse it’s in the hands of the freight companies and we unfortunately don’t have control over the delivery schedules. You can track your order* with your shipping confirmation email in which you will find the tracking number.

Once your order ships you will get an email providing you with the tracking information for your order. You can use this link to track your shipment, and it is typically updated as your order status changes. If you can’t find your email notification you can go in your DuSenza account and retrieve the information from your order history. If you have any issues in the process don’t hesitate to contact our customer service agent and we’ll gladly help you.

Return policy

At DuSenza we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience. Returns of unopened products are accepted up to 30 days after the date of purchase. If the product is opened or used, or if it is an item marked as final sale, non-refundable or clearance these are not covered by our returns policy. We do not accept returns outside of Canada.

To make a return, simply contact our customer service at [email protected]. Once the return has been accepted, we will email you an authorisation number to facilitate returning the items to DuSenza. Note that the customer is responsible for returning the item with his carrier of choice and at his expense for any return. Once the product has been received and inspected, we will refund thru your original payment method. If the product does not meet the authorized return conditions, it will be disposed, and no refund will be issued.

In addition, no return is possible for the following products:

  • 1 unit of a set of products
  • Items that have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified
  • All items marked as non-returnable, non-refundable, or final sale on the product page
